One Day Event is at your side and at your disposal to create and design THE unique wedding, the one that suits you, the one you have always dreamt of.

Our primary function as an organizer: orchestrate your wedding!

After a nice proposal, we take the time all together to talk about this day: how you imagined it, what you want, what you desire, what you dream of. But we also take the time to get to know each other and advise you on your budget and your desires.

Our role is to select the service providers who will make your wedding the one of your dreams (venue, caterer, floral designer, entertainment, live band and musicians, guest gifts, ...) , to draw up quotes and contracts, to plan the event as a whole (logistics, security, timing, etc.), taking into account your budget and your expectations.

Thanks to our database, partnerships and relationships created over several years, we can offer you different places and service providers that suit you.

Many exchanges take place via messages, calls or video calls. This allows for regular monitoring, discussing constraints and announcing changes in the organization. We create this day together, but all final decisions are made by you.

A unique relationship that allows you to have a complete confidence on the wedding day, in order to be totaly relaxed and sure of what will happen during this day.

The budget is kept up to date in order to have a follow-up of your expenses. Payment reminders are made so you don't have to think about it on your end.

We do everything so that the organization of your wedding, which can be intense and stressful, does not take over the day full of emotions and love that awaits you.

On the day of the wedding, we include D-Day Coordination in our fees: we supervise all the participants (providers and guests), we manage your day with complete discretion...

As you can see on our website, our speciality is Wedding Design. Planning will be managed by Audrey, fluently english spoken. Concerning your wedding design, flowers...Amélie will create the atmosphere that you dream of. And I am always at your side, for any purpose! Stephanie

We have an experience of 22 years in the Wedding planning&design, and know perfectly the different cultures and traditions. Jewish, muslim, indian, catholic, ...don't worry about the traditions details.

If you choose Provence area, you will discover charming real estates, vineyards, castels, beautiful houses with sea views or landscape environment. You can discover some of them: Venues

But we will make you choose THE one after discovering many places in the south of France. Provence is so amazing!

Coordination on the wedding day

For some weddings, we only offer a service called D-Day coordination.

The months preceding the wedding, you organize your event as you want! You choose your service providers, negotiate the rates, manage the details and the technical points with them and make all the choices on your side.

When everything seems to be complete, we go on with all your decisions. We ensure the logistics part for the different service providers on D-Day. We contact your suppliers and service providers, refine the details and set up a complete technical file which includes all the information concerning your wedding day (contact details, social networks, timing, address and itinerary for loading and unloading , plans, planned installations, etc.)

This ensures coordination between all service providers at the reception site. We are also present, with one or two people, during the festivities to ensure the link between the bride and groom and the event speakers.

You enjoy your wedding, in all serenity, we manage the rest in all discretion!
